Online counseling makes achieving change in your life more accessible.

As an online counselor in New Jersey, I see my online clients grow and overcome obstacles while accessing therapy from a variety of locations, like home, on a break at work, between classes, or on vacation. The ease and flexibility of online access to a therapist has been a game changer for many individuals who, for whatever reason, cannot make it to a therapist’s office.

As your therapist, I work to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with you, which creates a secure space where you can achieve meaningful change. By using a person-centered approach, I partner with you to identify goals and interventions that are in harmony with your unique needs. In recognizing that each individual is the expert on their own life, I assist you in identifying your innate wisdom in order to overcome obstacles and promote healing.

It is important to me to be able to provide accessible mental health services at an affordable price. I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 and have provided online counseling since mid 2018. In my experience as an online therapist, clients not only see results, but I also get to work with people that I would not be able to reach without online therapy.

I am able to offer affordable prices because I avoid many of the costs associated with maintaining an office space. I do not accept insurance but have worked to offer my services at rates that honor your investment as my client and my commitment as your therapist. You can tailor your therapy to meet your needs with options for 30 or 60 minute sessions and messaging packages.

Please contact me to schedule a consultation where I can answer any questions you may have, and we can talk more about whether online therapy is a fit for you.
